Report: Inter Miami have now made 'lucrative' offer to sign legendary European attacker

Inter Miami have reportedly made a big offer to sign one of the most iconic names in European soccer this summer.

The Herons are set for a big few weeks in regards to transfers, with Inter Miami already linked to a number of big-name players, such as former Manchester United and Real Madrid defender Raphael Varane.

With former Arsenal and FC Barcelona star Alexis Sanchez also believed to be wanted by Inter Miami, we could expect at least one superstar name to join the likes of Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez this summer in Florida.

And the Herons have seemingly made their first play to sign one of Europe’s most legendary forwards.

Inter Miami approach Germany icon Marco Reus

According to Bild, Inter Miami have made a ‘lucrative’ offer to sign Germany legend and former Borussia Dortmund attacker Marco Reus, with MLS rivals LA Galaxy and St. Louis City also interested in the forward.

Having left Dortmund as a free-agent this summer, Reus’ future looks set to be in the United States, though there is now growing interest from teams in Turkey and in Saudia Arabia, including from Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al-Nassr.

Regarded as one of the best forwards in the last 15 years and a true fan favorite in European soccer, Reus joining Messi and Suarez at Inter Miami could form one of the best attacks in MLS history.

And with Inter Miami fans already calling for Reus to join earlier this summer, the stars could soon align for the 35-year-old striker to join the Herons, where the German legend could thrive at Chase Stadium.

Reus is a superstar worth chasing for the Herons

Reus is one of the biggest names in soccer as well as one of the most respected, with the forward forging a legacy for himself at Dortmund through pure hard work and the utilization of his talents.

And at Inter Miami, the superstar German would be a worthy addition to their ranks, with Reus a player who would adapt well to MLS and to Tata Martino’s fluid style of play.

If Reus can stay fit, Inter Miami will have one impressive attacker on their books to compliment Messi and Suarez, who could thrive alongside the former Dortmund captain if a deal was to be struck this month.
