The NYC townhouse Mary-Kate Olsen lost in her divorce with ex-husband Olivier Sarkozy has hit the market.
The former couple — who settled their divorce in January — bought the five-story Manhattan mansion for $13.5 million in 2014. However, it was listed with an asking price of $11.5 million, which is $2 million less than what they originally paid for, according to Realtor.com, per the New York Post.
The 8,700-square-foot Regency-style house in Turtle Hill is "architect ready," according to the listing, meaning the residence is not finished. The oversized, vacant rooms and unfinished space allows potential new buyers the ability to personalize the home to meet their satisfaction.
Sarkozy, 52, is the legal owner of the home, which was designed in 1921. The former couple reportedly launched renovations with Montalba Architects after buying the property, but their plans seemingly fell apart — as they never even moved into the home.
Olsen filed for divorce from Sarkozy after five years of marriage. One month later, their tumultuous relationship took a turn for the worse. As OK! reported, the former child star alleged her ex was trying to force her out of their house in the Big Apple.
The Full House alum filed a written complaint at the time, insisting she was in need of an emergency petition because she was “gravely concerned” Sarkozy was going to get rid of her belongings as well as the exes' shared properties.
Right before going to court, Sarkozy reportedly moved his ex-wife, Charlotte Bernard, and their two children: Julien and Margot, into his and Olsen's shared Hamptons home.
