Machine Gun Kelly Sued For Alleged Battery After Reportedly Getting 'Aggressive' With Elderly Parking Lot Attendant

Machine Gun Kellyhas been sued for an alleged altercation with an elderly parking lot attendant in Los Angeles.

The plaintiff, a man namedJohn Tilli, filed court documents with the Los Angeles Superior Court, claiming that the “Papercuts” singer got “aggressive” with him during a confrontation on Monday, August 23.

In the court documents obtained by Radar, Tilli claimed that he was working his shift at the lot and parked his car in his usual spot when MGK and his team demanded he move the vehicle to film a video.

According to the report, Tilli then asked the Dirt actor if he had a permit to be filming his movie Good Mourning With A U. After finding out from the bank connected to the lot that the rapper did not have a permit to be there, Tilli demanded he leave.

The documents then outline the events which followed, including MGK and his crew reportedly becoming upset and getting “aggressive” with the man, who described himself as a “very sensitive, soft-spoken, gentle, quiet person.”

Tilli claimed in the suit that the dad-of-one got physical with him, pushing him around while his crew joined in and began shoving him from either side.

The man, who recalls being close to tears throughout the rest of his shift following the incident, is suing the “Bloody Valentine” singer for alleged assault, battery, negligence and elder abuse, despite being only 49 years old.

According to TMZ, sources close to the singer, who is dating Transformers actress Megan Fox, deny that the altercation ever happened.

The sources say that the story was fabricated, and that despite yelling at him, Machine Gun Kelly never laid a hand on Tilli.

The news of the lawsuit comes just as the rocker is preparing to perform at the 2021 MTV Music Video Awards alongside his pal Travis Barker.
