Renée Zellweger is looking to unload her Topanga, Calif. mansion as her romance with hunky TV host Ant Anstead continues to blossom.
The Oscar winner purchased the nearly ten-acre compound around six years ago for $3.35 million. It is currently listed at $6 million, which would net the actress an impressive amount of dough.

Zellweger’s sale of her northern Los Angeles home comes as a source exclusively dished to OK! her relationship with the Wheeler Dealers host has restored her “faith in love.”
“He makes her feel like anything is possible,” the insider spilled, adding the 52-year-old actress is “sure that he’s the one.”
Adding fuel to the fire the lovebirds — who were first linked in June —are in the process of cohabitating,OK! reported the Judy star was snapped moving boxes into Anstead’s Laguna Beach, Calif. abode earlier this summer.
Anstead’s relationship with Zellweger is his first since splitting from Flip or Flop star Christina Haack in September 2020 after less than two years of marriage. The former flames share 2-year-old son Hudson. He's also dad to daughter Amelie, 17, and son Archie, 14, with ex-wife Louise Anstead.
