Duane 'Dog The Bounty Hunter' Chapman Thinks Brian Laundrie Will Get The Death Penalty: 'That Jury In Wyoming Is Going To Hang Him'

Duane "Dog The Bounty Hunter" Chapman has been very vocal about his opinions on Brian Laundrie's potential guilt in the tragic death of social media influencer Gabby Petito since he joined the search for the wanted 23-year-old two weeks ago.

Now, Dog is taking it up a notch and predicting that if the fugitive is found, he could face the death penalty.

"Wyoming is only one of the only states that still have the death penalty," the bail bondsman told The Sun. "The jury sentences the death penalty – not a judge. It goes to a jury."

The tv personality went on to explain, "I don’t think a jury would put a man to death if he went to keep his woman quiet and he suffocated her," he said, possibly referring to the theory that her homicide was an accident. "But woe onto him if he did anything else – that jury in Wyoming is going to hang him."

This comes after the tracker dropped his bombshell theory that Laundrie could possibly be a serial killer.

“I’m thinking more and more about him being maybe a serial killer, not just a killer of Gabby. The books he read are unbelievable," the 68-year-old said regarding his interest in murder mysteries and other dark themed stories and artwork.

He added that he didn't even like his children reading Dungeons and Dragons books when they were young, and that “A couple of the books that he's been reading are 10 times worse than Dungeon and Dragons. This kid, Brian has taken those books, obviously to heart."

The reality star also noted that if the person of interest is a killer, this darkness in him is something that grew over a long time. "He just overnight just didn't become a killer. A killer is made, and he is built to be or she, a killer," he continued. "He built himself to be that by looking at that kind of, let's say the dark side stuff. There are pictures of demons all over it."
