Chris Harrisonis getting his own happy ending.
The former Bachelor star, 50, popped the question to girlfriend Lauren Zima, 33,while the pair enjoyed a romantic mountain-top meal in Napa Valley over the weekend.
After previously being married to ex-wife Gwen Harrison, who he divorced in 2012, the TV personality is giving marriage another try.
On Monday, October 25, Harrisonposted a series of photos to his Instagram to share the news of his engagement.
He wrote “I love you @laurenzima The next chapter starts now!” alongside the sweet snaps.
Zima also celebrated the news, sharing more scenic pictures from the extravagant proposal on Instagram.
“We tell each other this all the time, and we said it again in an unforgettably beautiful moment this weekend: I didn’t know love could be like this,” she wrote on Monday.
“You are the most incredible partner. Thank you for loving me, championing me and asking me to marry you,” she concluded. "Here’s to the next amazing chapter, and all the rest 💍."
Harrison’s proposal comes less than a year after he permanently exited the Bachelor franchise after serving as host for over 20 seasons.
The TV personality was previously forced to end his run after he defended former contestant Rachel Kirkconnell’s racially insensitive past in February.
As Kirkconnell’s season — which starred Matt James, the first black male lead on the series — was airing, her previous social media activity was brought to light, including photos of her attending a plantation-themed party. She was also accused of liking photos with the Confederate flag in them.
Harrison insisted at the time that Kirkconnell deserved “a little grace, a little understanding” from Bachelor Nation in light of her controversial past.
He later apologized for his actions, saying, “By excusing historical racism, I defended it. I invoked the term ‘woke police,’ which is unacceptable. I am ashamed over how uninformed I was. I was wrong."
As OK! previously reported, fans have already taken a liking to Harrison’s new replacement, actor and comedian David Spade,whofilled in for Harrison as host of Bachelor in Paradise in August.
