Lingenfelter Performance Engineering, long been synonymous with tuning GM performance vehicles, such as the Chevrolet Colorado, Camaro, Corvette and even the Blazer, has finally announced a supercharger package for the 2019+ Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 pickup trucks. Utilizing a Magnuson TVS 2650 GM DI Truck Intercooled Supercharger, the trucks will see power bumps of 150 rwhp and 100 lb-ft of rear-wheel torque. The package is compatible with both the 5.3L V8 and the more powerful 6.2L L87 V8 engine. Along with the improved performance and acceleration, Lingenfelter says that there will be “little change” to fuel economy from stock.

The Magnuson TVS 2650 supercharger utilizes advanced Eaton high helix four-lobe rotor technology for maximum efficiency across the rev range, while a unique lid and intercooler geometry was developed to optimize airflow evenly across the high-efficiency charge air intercooler for maximum cooling. The supercharger is compatible with L86 (6.2L V8) heads, while the inlet features patented DFT porting and is compatible several throttle body sizes, including the L86 90mm throttle body, a Lingenfelter Performance Engineering Ported LT5 95 mm Throttle Body, and up to a Nick Williams 103mm.
Lingenfelter Supercharged Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra Package: The Price
Whether the 2019+ Chevrolet Silverado or GMC Sierra features a 5.3L V8 or a 6.2L L87 V8, the price to install and calibrate the Lingenfelter Magnuson supercharger package remains the same: $9,199 USD. Magunson offers the supercharger unit for $7,495 USD off the shelf, without installation or cals.
The supercharged Silverado and Sierra will be on display during the 2021 SEMA Show at the Lingenfelter Performance Engineering booth #24763 in the Las Vegas Convention Center Central Hall.
