RINGBROTHERS DROPS MORE "BULLY" TEASERS OF 1200 HP K5 CHEVY BLAZER

Ringbrothers is known for being the tip of the spear when it comes to modernizing the classics, with no expense spared. Over the years we’ve seen the shop shoehorn Hellcat engines into classic Dodges, modernize first-generation Mustangs, and creating some pretty extraordinary Chevrolet Blazers. We’ll get to see one such Blazer at the 2022 SEMA Show, which they have given the name “Bully.”

Ringbrothers “Bully” 1972 K5 Chevy Blazer: Details

The first teaser image we’ve been given features the shell of the 1972 K5 Chevy Blazer with massive off-road tires and a glimpse at the suspension set up for the front of the vehicle, which appears to have involved a bit of extra welding to piece it together. The following teaser we have showcases the side profile of the SUV in dim light. We can make out some of the smooth curves of the truck from the front fascia to the back of the vehicle. The hood features a scoop which is likely necessary given the giant engine fitted underneath.

As for coloring, the Ringbrothers “Bully” K5 Blazer is finished in a Satin light blue pearl coating which is quite extraordinary to gaze upon. The fender flares appear to be in carbon fiber, and a custom badge for the SUV has been mounted onto the fender. We’re excited to see this one at the show, which will be the first of 5 vehicles that Ringbrothers will debut on November 1.

Ringbrothers has revealed some information on the Chevy Blazer, including that it will feature a triangulated four-ling suspension system with off-road racing coilovers. But, of course, under the hood, there is a potent engine—a supercharged Wegner Motorsports-built LS3 engine that produces 1,200 horsepower. Fans will be able to see the cover taken off this build at the SEMA Hot Rod Industry Alliance (HRIA) booth #23295 on November 1 at 10 AM.
