ROUSH UPDATES FORD BRONCO R SERIES KIT

Roush Performance has recently announced an update to its 2021+ Bronco R Series Kit. The kit now includes all-new 35-inch General Tire Grabber X3 mud-terrain tires, an off-road lighting package with Diode Dynamics SS3 Pro lights, and a voucher for tire calibration. The new additional features are included along with all the original components, which include five Roush-designed off-road wheels, the Roush Performance Air Induction and Axle-Back Exhaust Systems, Roush styling upgrades, and it’s now 50-state legal.

Roush Ford Bronco R Series Kit: Details

To assist with the rest of the off-road-ready kit, Roush has included all-new General Tire Grabber X3 mud-terrain tires paired with the Roush Iridium Grey off-road wheels. The addition of the tires improves off-road capability and provides a more aggressive stance for the R Series Bronco. The Roush wheels measure 17×8.5 inches with a +25mm offset.

Another update to the R Series kit prepares the Bronco for when the trail gets dark by adding a pair of Diode Dynamics SS3 Pro pillar lights. The 3-inch LED pod lights feature durable powder-coated aluminum construction, custom Roush covers, and a higher output intensity than any other 3-inch light on the market. Additionally, the Ford Bronco kit includes Roush’s Performance Air Induction System, which delivers a 30% improvement in airflow over the factory system. That, coupled with the Roush Axle-Back Exhaust System constructed of T304 stainless steel, improves ground clearance and departure angle and adds a signature roar to the SUV.

All of that gets coupled with some Roush graphics, which include iconic designs for the body side, hood, rear, and windshield header. Roush states on their site that the kit can be installed with garage tools and will take about 8 hours to equip everything. Though, they do say the difficulty is advanced, which is likely more specific to the exhaust. The kit is available for 2.3L and 2.7L engines and will set customers back by about $8,400. But, if you need help with the installation, you can locate a dealership through the product page to get some assistance.
