Brad Keselowski looked back at the time he drove for Dale Earnhardt Jr.‘s JR Motorsports in the early stages of his NASCAR career. On Kevin Harvick’s Happy Hour podcast, the 40-year-old driver talked to Harvick about something special Earnhardt said to him. “His plate was really full and he was really stressed,” Keselowski said about Earnhardt. “At one time, he said to me something I’m so proud of, I’m thankful he kind of had the courage or the guts to say it. …But he was like, ‘Man, that was one of the toughest times in my life. I had all the things going on in the Cup side, and the Xfinity t...

Brad Keselowski just opened up about joining RFK Racing after being with Team Penske for over a decade. On Kevin Harvick’s Happy Hour podcast, Harvick asked Keselowski about the process of joining RFK at the start of the 2022 season. Keselowski first talked about how he joined Team Penske and turned the initial offer down because he didn’t think it was a good deal. Team owner Roger Penske met with Keselowski in the summer of 2009 and wanted him to drive the No. 12 Cup car for Team Penske (called Penske Championship Racing at the time). Keselowski wasn’t interested, but would sign the deal if h...

Brad Keselowski understood that driving for Dale Earnhardt Jr. was huge for his NASCAR career. On Kevin Harvick’s Happy Hour podcast, Kevin Harvick asked Keselowski about how he joined Earnhardt’s JR Motorsports while competing in the Xfinity Series full-time. “I feel like I was really lucky,” Keselowski said. “I was competing in the [Xfinity Series] with a really backmarker team. At that time, this was circa ”06/’07, you go to a race and there would be 25-30 Cup drivers in it. …At that point, just making the show was a pretty good deal if you were not a Cup-affiliated team or driver. I starte...

While speaking to Kevin Harvick on Kevin Harvick’s Happy Hour, the 40-year-old driver weighed in on how much longer he will drive for RFK Racing. “This last week, somebody asked me ‘How many more years you want to go?’ I said, Well, ‘I left the Coke 600 thinking if I had five more laps I could win the race,'” Keselowski said. “Then the rain came, and I got out of the car after the race and said I have 10 more years left. “The week or two before I was in Noth Wilkesboro in the All-Sta...

NASCAR drivers won’t forget about the 2024 Cup Series race at New Hampshire anytime soon. The race was delayed due to rain, leading to NASCAR allowing the drivers to race with wet tires. But as well as Bell performed on Sunday, John Crane of NASCAR.com revealed the three drivers who are up and the three drivers who are down after the New Hampshire race. Chase Briscoe is the first driver who is up as he finished second on Sunday. He was able to chip away during the final stage after finishing 27th and 22nd i...

After the July 21 race in Indianapolis, NASCAR will take a break for two weeks, returning on Aug. 11 in Richmond due to the 2024 Olympics. Kevin Harvick and Brad Keselowski believe a slight break becoming a permanent part of the Cup Series’ schedule wouldn’t be a bad idea. The two former champions chopped up the scenario on the latest edition of Harvick’s Happy Hour for Fox. “I think that there needs to be some sort of break in the middle of the year for the employees,” Harvick prefaced. “You guys as owners need to get together and say, ‘Okay, we need to take (at least) one week off.’ Everybod...

Last season, Martin Truex Jr. captured the win in Loudon, and he’s the man of the hour this weekend, after announcing he’ll be retiring from full-time competition at the end of the 2024 season. Still, he’s looking to end his career with a championship, and winning back-to-back races at New Hampshire could help him achieve that goal. Elsewhere, Ryan Blaney will be looking to win two races in a row, after he was victorious in Iowa. Ther...

All the talk this weekend at Sonoma Raceway has been about the track’s repave, and how it’s going to affect this weekend’s Toyota/Save Mart 350. One of the side-effects from the repave could have to do with tire fall-off. Of course, everyone thinks of what we saw at Bristol Motor Speedway earlier this season, but could we really see something similar at a road course? The idea has been floated around the garage over the course of the weekend. With that in mind, three of the Cup Series’ top drivers in Brad Keselowski, Denny Hamlin and Chase Elliott spoke with FOX’s Bob Pockrass about the potent...

Chase Elliott, Denny Hamlin and many of NASCAR’s top wheelmen gave their opinions on the changes to Sonoma Raceway while speaking with FOX’s Bob Pockrass. One of those changes is the addition of the inside wall in Turn 11, instead of the tire barrier that’s adorned that part of the track for many moons. It’s certainly going to be different, and caused adjustments to the way each driver takes the turn throughout the weekend. From Elliott to Hamlin, to other playoff drivers like William Byron, Alex Bowman, Christopher Bell and Brad Keselowski, everyone has an opinion. Here’s what each driver had...
