Salmon crostini Swedish style
Ingredients for 4 people: 12 slices whole grain baguette2 tablespoons oil For the salmon cream: 150 g smoked salmon125 g cream cheese1 tsp. creamed horseradish1 tsp Dijon mustard1 pinch of honey2-3 tsp lemon juicePepper Also: 1 red onion80 g smoked salmon, thinly sliced2 tsp chopped pistachios Also: Dill and lemon wedge for garnish Preparation: 1.
