Jacky Oh's death has been ruled as accidental. The TV star - whose real name was Jacklyn Smith - was known for appearing on the MTV sketchy comedy show 'Wild n Out' alongside Nick Cannon but passed away at the age of just 32 earlier this year as a result of complications caused by cosmetic surgery but it has now been reported that her doctor will not face a criminal investigation over her death.
