A bit of a surprise for Duck fans on the recruiting trail but a nice surprise just the same. McDonogh School (Md.) cornerbackBrandon Finney has just announced his commitment to Oregon. You can’t help but think of the University of Oregon as Nike U. The two have been intertwined for as long as I can remember. Phil Knight is a frequent on the Oregon campus. Popping up on sidelines, courtside and even seen at recruiting events.
