Bavarian sausage salad with pretzels

Ingredients for 4 people:

4 tomatoes
2 red onions
4 gherkins
300 g meat sausage
1 bunch of chives
3 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tsp sweet mustard
Salt
Pepper from the mill
6 tbsp oil
4 pretzels

Preparation:

1. Rinse, clean and quarter the tomatoes. Remove the seeds and cut the flesh into into wedges. Peel the onions and cut into fine rings. Drain Cucumbers and cut into small pieces. Peel the sausage and cut into thin slices. Rinse the chives, shake dry and cut into small rolls.

2. Mix vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Whisk in the oil. Mix in the chives. Mix the sausage, onions, gherkins and tomatoes with the chive vinaigrette and leave to stand for 30 minutes.

3. Arrange and serve with fresh pretzels.
