Tomatoes Panini

Ingredients for 4 servings:

4 Panini (Italian rolls)
100 g ricotta
100 g sour cream
1 red onion
4 tomatoes, approx. 200g
1 mozzarella, 125g
4 tbsp chervil
2 tbsp olive oil
Pepper
Salt

Preparation:

1. Cut the panini in half. Mix ricotta and sour cream. Peel the onions and
cut into rings. Cut the tomatoes into slices.

2. Spread the ricotta cream on the bottom half of the panini. Dice the mozzarella. Spread tomatoes, onions and mozzarella evenly on top. Spread chervil on all halves and sprinkle with salt and pepper as required.

3. Drizzle with oil and cover the panini with the top half.

Preparation time approx. 20 minutes
