Pretzel bread paprika skewer with quick tomato salad

Ingredients for 4 persons:

200 g pretzel sticks
50 g basil pesto in a jar
50 g tomato pesto from a jar
250 g yellow cherry tomatoes
250 g tomatoes
2 long, thin peppers
200 g colourful mini peppers
6 tbsp fruit vinegar
4 tbsp olive oil
Salt, pepper
approx. ½ tsp sugar

Preparation:

1. Cut the bread into approx. 5 cm pieces. Spread with pesto and leave to stand for a while.

2. Meanwhile, clean and wash the tomatoes and peppers. Halve the tomatoes, quarter the red tomatoes and remove the seeds. Cut the flesh into thin strips and the long peppers into rings. Mix the vinegar and oil. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Mix the prepared ingredients and the marinade. Mix together and leave to marinate.

3. Alternate the mini peppers with the bread pieces on skewers. Roast on the
hot barbecue until crispy.
