Ford Mustang Dark Horse: Details

The first nine minutes of the video is a discussion with Tim Smith about his work history, which eventually led to him working on vehicle integration for the Ford Mustang Dark Horse. This means he was responsible for ensuring everything in the car functioned as intended. Bringing about the performance that customers will adore. At around 12 minutes into the video is when the interview changes focus around Tim Smith and focus more on the car and its assortment of features.

The most notable change Ford made for the S650 Ford Mustang interior is the massive screen stretching from the center console, to where the gauge cluster usually would end. One of the things Ford engineers focused on was the intuitiveness of the screens, as in the past pressing buttons on the screen often had a delay which caused some frustration among customers. Now, everything is almost seamless. Additionally, the pony button found to the right of the auto stop button just below the center vents of the car opens up the My Mustang page of the cluster, which enables the customers to customize the brake performance, engine performance, and several other features for the Mustang Dark Horse to get the most out of the vehicle a possible. It’s almost like a video game come to life.

We recommend checking the video out if you want a closer in-depth look at the Ford Mustang Dark Horse, along with some explanations about many of the features from one of its engineers. A neat feature mentioned is that owners can set the quiet mode for the exhaust to function at specific times, so if you leave earlier in the morning for work, it’s possible to avoid those pesky noise complaints from local Karens.
