Meatball skewer with cucumber yogurt dip

Ingredients for 4 people:

1 cucumber
1 red onion
400 g low-fat yoghurt
4 tablespoons olive oil
salt, pepper
1 roll (from the day before)
50 g paprika-stuffed olives
1 stalk parsley
1 clove of garlic
500 g mixed minced meat
1 egg
1 tsp. tomato paste
Also:
Olives for garnish

Preparation:

1. Wash and grate cucumber. Peel onion, cut into fine wedges. Mix with yogurt and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, let stand.

2. In the meantime, soak rolls in cold water. Finely chop olives and parsley. Peel garlic and press through a press.

3. Knead squeezed roll, minced meat, olives, parsley, garlic and egg. Season with salt, pepper and tomato paste. Form into small balls and put on skewers.

4. Cook on hot grill, turning, for about 8 minutes.

5. Season yogurt again to taste. Garnish with skewers and olives and serve.

Tip: For a certain spiciness, add grilled chili peppers to taste.

Preparation time approx. 35-40 minutes
