Ingredients for 4 people:
200 g feta cheese
4 tsp. chopped thyme
4 tablespoons olive oil
grated peel and juice of 1 organic lime
coarse pepper
Preparation:
1. Dice feta cheese. Drizzle olive oil and lime juice over it. Add lime zest, pepper, thyme and mix gently. Cover and let stand for a few hours.
Tip:
The marinated feta cheese is delicious with white bread or farmhouse bread. You can also but you can also mix it with vegetables and fresh salads.
