Star-Studded Lineup: Queen Latifah, Renée Fleming, Billy Crystal, Dionne Warwick, And Barry Gibb At The White House

In a glamorous event at the White House, the Kennedy Center honorees made an entrance into the East Room, marking the commencement of an evening dedicated to cultural celebration. President Biden graced the stage to deliver remarks before the celebrity guests, which included five distinguished honorees: Queen Latifah, Renée Fleming, Billy Crystal, Dionne Warwick, and Barry Gibb.

First Lady Jill Biden was spotted in a floor-length sparkling green dress.

“As simple as it is profound, performing arts are more than just sound and scene — they reflect who we are as Americans and as human beings,” stated President Biden.

The East Room was a star-studded affair, with notable figures such as Jay Leno, Robert Di Nero, Kerry Washington, Debbie Allen, and Rob Reiner. Government luminaries Alejandro Mayorkas, Mike Donilon, Neera Tanden, Bruce Reed, Karine Jean-Pierre, and Evan Ryan. As the instrumental rendition of Dionne Warwick’s timeless “I Say a Little Prayer” filled the air, the honorees exited the room.

The Kennedy Center Honors is bestowed annually to individuals in recognition of their outstanding lifetime achievements in the arts. Gloria Estefan, a 2017 Kennedy Center honoree, is set to host the prestigious gala ceremony on Sunday night in Washington.
