707 HP SILVERADO GOES FOR OVER $200K AT AUCTION

The Chevrolet Silverado Legendary Bandit, now dubbed “Legendary,” is the ultimate version of what a modern Silverado street-truck would be like. With incredible attention to detail, epic body styling, and an eye-catching color scheme, it’s hard not to be drawn to this beautiful creation. We recently reported on the 2023 Legendary Chevrolet Silverado, noting that it would be heading to the Barrett-Jackson auction in Scottsdale, Arizona, where it would be sold at No Reserve. Since that event has come and gone, it’s time to see just how much this thing rolled off the block for.

2023 Legendary Chevrolet Silverado #001: Details

This unique 2023 Chevrolet Silverado number 001 was sold at Barrett-Jackson for a whopping $214,500. This customer 2023 Silverado is powered by an upgraded 6.2-liter engine designed for performance by Lingenfelter Performance Engineering and also features a Magnuson DI supercharger. This combination produces 707 horsepower, as noted by accents dawning the custom hood.

The exterior widebody conversion features an array of custom carbon-fiber exterior body panels, including the hood, splitter, rockers, rear spoiler, and roll pan with an integrated rear diffuser. Interestingly, all of these features are fully functional and maintain the overall usability of the truck. For example, spoilers on trucks tend to render tailgates unusable, but not for the Legendary Silverado. The widebody conversion replaces the factory fenders and bedsides to widen the stance, combined with a suspension lowering package to upgrade handling while driving at speeds that tend to accompany 707 horsepower under the hood.

Legendary Concepts has partnered with Superior Industries on specialty 22-inch wheels built to OEM standards. The custom wheels are wrapped with purpose-built Contintinental Premium Contact 6 tires imported for Legendary Concepts. The Brembo Monoblock 8-piston brake package works along with the wheel, tire, and lowered/widened stance to bolster stopping power. They have also been painted to match the overall accent scheme of the pickup. Finally, the truck’s interior has been completely redone with Alcantara and leather seating surfaces, custom embroidery, carbon-fiber accents, door sill plates, and serialized number plaques.
