Mauricio Umansky’s teeth are glowing as clips of Buying Beverly Hills season 2 hit social media, but his smile has caught the attention of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for months.
Fans are reacting to his rumored “new teeth,” saying they look “odd” while another said of his similarity to Ross from Friends, “Lmao I never noticed but this is so spot on. It really is kind of unsettling.”
“They look terrible, not natural at all,” wrote a Reddit thread user, with a fellow fan going as far as to say, “IMO it looks like he just got the white picket fence from out front of his house and used that.”
Before and after rumored ‘veneers’
Mauricio has never addressed getting veneers but his teeth are certainly pearly white. His ex Kyle Richards, who he is separating from, always goes to celebrity dentist Dr. Apa.
It is believed Mauricio goes to the same dentist, and looking back at his old photos from August 2021, his set of teeth definitely look less white and straight compared to his gnashers now!
By November 2021, they suddenly looked different. It was during RHOBH episodes that fans noticed his teeth, but mainly during his Netflix show when Mauricio’s pearly whites garnered attention.

Kyle Richards’ dentist is Dr. Apa, a popular celebrity smile-crafter. She first contacted the dentist – who charges a whopping $4,000 per tooth – through Instagram back in 2019.
She said of the dentist, who done work on Kylie Jenner‘s smile in March 2024, “No, my teeth weren’t bad. But they were smaller and didn’t show enough when I smiled and it bothered me.”
