It’s claimed that Spurs have shown ‘considerable interest’ in the Icelandic forward but could face competition from Inter Milan and Juventus.
He’s expected to be available for a fee between £21.5 million and £26 million this summer.
Interestingly, Gudmundsson shares the same agent as Vicario, with both players currently represented by the G11 agency.

The 26-year-old has made quite the impression in Italy this term, netting 12 times and registering four assists in 29 appearances in all competitions.
Gudmundsson has also earned 39 caps for Iceland, scoring nine and assisting three times in the process.
The ‘devastating’ forward has proven to be a versatile option at Genoa as he’s operated across the frontline this season.
He netted a hat-trick for Iceland last week and has created the most chances from set-pieces of any player in Europe’s top five leagues this season.
Spurs have certainly benefitted from raiding Serie A in recent years and Gudmundsson could be another gem they look to pick up from the Italian league.
