Appeal for witnesses after runner bitten by dog at Eye Airfield Industrial Estate

Witnesses to a woman who was bitten by a dog in Eye are being asked to come forward by police.

The incident happened at around 6.15am yesterday morning (March 25), at Eye Airfield Industrial Estate.

The victim was out for a run when she was approached by three dogs that were off their leads and out of control, one of which bit her on the bottom causing an injury that required antibiotics.

The dogs are described as two German Shepherds and a black Labrador, with one of the German Shepherds biting the victim.

The owner of the dogs was a woman who is described as white, aged in her 70s, approximately 5ft 4in tall, and with blonde hair.
