Starbucks’ rumored Summer 2024 Menu has leaked online and it features three Asian-inspired drinks with boba pearls.
Last year brought the Chocolate Java Mint Frappuccino and White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew, but it’s all about the fruit this summer.
Starbucks’ rumored Summer 2024 Menu
Instagram food influencer Markie Devo shared the rumored summer menu, which he claims to have received from a Starbucks employee.
It features three new Bubble tea-style drinks, an iced tea which originated in Taiwan in the early 1980s and has since spread across Asia. They contain Tapioca pearls, better known as boba, which are chewy, sugary spheres dropped in the bottom of the cup.
Each drink is a sweet summer blend of raspberry, blueberry and blackberry flavors mixed with water, lemonade or coconutmilk and shaken with ice. They are poured over Raspberry Flavored Pearls that “deliver a delicate and deliciously burst of summer fun”.
The three options are: Summer-Berry Starbucks Refresher, Summer-Berry Lemonade Refresher and Summer Skies Drink Refresher.
Old drink could be returning
If you’re more of a coffee fan, the White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew is rumored to be returning again. Launching for summer 2023, it combines the balanced and smooth taste of Starbucks Cold Brew with a summer twist.
“This delightfully dreamy beverage is sweetened with macadamia syrup, topped with a white chocolate macadamia cream cold foam and finished with toasted cookie crumbles,” Starbucks said in a press release.
“When creating Starbucks White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew, we were inspired by memories of fresh macadamia nuts on tropical vacations and the distinct flavor of white chocolate macadamia nut cookies,” said Matt Thornton of Starbucks beverage development team.
“The smooth flavor profile of Starbucks Cold Brew combined with the nuttiness of macadamia flavor, creaminess of white chocolate flavored sauce in the cold foam, and salty cookie crumbs delivers the perfect balance of sweet and savory.”
Starbucks’ Summer Menu is speculated to launch on Tuesday, May 7. While you wait, the chain is launching three new Spicy Lemonade Refreshers with real chili powder later this month.

Two new bakery items
To eat alongside the fruity refreshers, Starbucks is supposedly launching two new bakery items for summer too.
The brand new Orange Cream Cake Pop features orange cream cake mixed with buttercream, dipped in chocolaty icing and finished with an orange slice design.
Or, the Pineapple Cloud Cake is an airy cake layered with a lightweight pineapple cream and pineapple spread with whole fruit pieces all topped with a sweet drizzle.
The rumored Summer 2024 Menu has not been confirmed by Starbucks when writing this. The Focus has reached out to the coffee chain for comment.
