Infuriating news for West Ham after official announcement ahead of Wolves, Moyes will be seething

West Ham United are set to face Wolves in the Premier League at Molineux this weekend.

Wolves will represent a strong challenge for West Ham United in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.

Hammers boss David Moyes has to set his team up to beat Wolves – nothing less than all three points will do

The Scot is said to be under pressure in his role at the London Stadium right now, although a decision has not been made on his future just yet.

West Ham have lost one and drawn three of our last four Premier League games. Fortunately though, we’re still sitting in seventh spot.

That said, we won’t be able to continue to drop points and expect to remain inside the European spots.

Wolves is a massive game for us, but some worrying news has come to light ahead of the match…

Infuriating news for West Ham after announcement ahead of Wolves

Moyes’s men desperately need all three points against Wolves at Molineux this weekend.

If we are to have any chance of finishing inside the top seven this season, a win in the Black Country will be an absolute must.

However, it seems as though there is some bad news for West Ham ahead of the game…

Tim Robinson has been named as the VAR duty for our clash with Wolves, as confirmed by the Premier League’s official website.

How on earth is this happening after his awful showing in charge of the West Ham vs Bournemouth clash back in February?

The 39-year-old was clueless and completely off the pace. He refused to punish any of the Bournemouth players for persistent fouls whilst he seemed to blow up for every single challenge we made.

Robinson failed to allow the game to flow and he topped off his shocking performance by failing to award us a spot-kick in the second-half – a decision that was eventually overturned by VAR.

When Mohammed Kudus was brought down, it was the most obvious penalty you could ever wish to award – not for Robinson though.

The man who was so poor when refereeing our game against Bournemouth, and when on VAR duty for our clash with Nottingham Forest has now been given the same job for our game against Wolves. Seriously, what chance do we have?

My main problem with this is that when the Premier League’s biggest clubs have bad decisions given against them, they campaign to have the officials responsible not officiate any of their future games.

West Ham should be asking the Premier League serious questions as to why Tim Robinson is on VAR duty for our game this weekend.

The Hammers have been done over far too many times by VAR this season, most recently against Newcastle last weekend.

Let’s hope that are no controversial decisions made on Saturday, and West Ham don’t have to rely on VAR to do us a favour against Wolves.
