A club president has told Crystal Palace they’ll have to spend over £30m to sign his prized asset this summer.
This summer, it seems increasingly clear that Crystal Palace will need to rebuild the squad, in the image of Oliver Glasner.
With so many players in the squad simply unsuited to his style of football, Dougie Freedman is set to be a busy man.
Out of every position though, the area likely to see the most change is the attack, primarily on the wings.
Both Michael Olise and Eberechi Eze are being targeted by some of the league’s biggest clubs, so it’d be tough to keep both.
Now one of the favourite targets to replace either has had his price tag set, and it’s pretty expensive.

Speaking to Turkish outlet Sabah, the Hull City owner Acun Ilicali has explained just how much he’d expect to get for his star player this summer.
This has particular relevance for Palace, given Jaden Philogene has been tipped as the perfect Olise replacement, with Freedman keen according to various reports.
“This will be our policy. Just like Real Madrid bought Arda Güler. We can guess how much he will be from now on. We need to catch players like that.
“We got Jaden Philogene for £5m, now it’s £30m, but we have no intention of selling for £30m.”
So with an asking price of £30m, it’ll be a tricky deal to get done. But if Philogene can produce more moments like he did this season vs Rotherham, he’d be worth every penny.
Philogene and Soule would be an insane succession to Olise and Eze
This summer, it remains to be seen if both or either or neither Eze or Olise leave the club.
But considering the clubs are keen on the pair, it could be tough to convince them to stay this summer.
But if sold, the duo could easily bring in over £100m – which is a low estimate – and this would allow for serious investment.
Soule and Philogene on either side would be capable of being just as good if not better than the current pair long term.
