3-alarm fire damages warehouse in Burlington County

A fire that grew to three alarms damaged an industrial building in Mount Laurel on Sunday, the township fire department said.

The blaze was reported at 2:19 p.m. on Gaither Drive. The building houses Food Science Corporation’s shipping and receiving warehouse, according to the company’s website. The company could not immediately be reached for comment.

The fire was extinguished by 3:55 p.m. and no injuries were reported, according to a Facebook post from the Mount Laurel Fire Department.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
