‘Terrific’ player Liverpool have loaned out is now dreaming of going to Euro 2024 this summer

There is a player Liverpool loaned out who is dreaming of making it to Euro 2024 this summer, and he’s in great form.

Euro 2024 is the ultimate dream for many players this summer. Including a lot of players at Liverpool who will be in contention for the tournament.

Guaranteed to travel to Germany this summer with their national team (barring an injury) are the likes of Virgil van Dijk, Cody Gakpo, Dominik Szoboszlai, Ibrahima Konate, Andy Robertson and Diogo Jota.

But there are also others in contention who could compete at the tournament. Joe Gomez, Harvey Elliott and Curtis Jones, for example, could all compete for England at the tournament.

Meanwhile, Ryan Gravenberch has an outside chance of making the Netherlands squad if he catches the eye towards the last few weeks of the season. Liverpool’s loanee Sepp van den Berg could be another one in contention.

But he isn’t the only loanee who is dreaming of a place at the tournament. There is another who has expressed his desire to go to Euro 2024.

Liverpool’s Vitezslav Jaros’ Euro 2024 dream

Vitezslav Jaros is a highly rated goalkeeper who has come through the ranks at the club’s academy. He has recently gone out on loan to Sturm Graz, where he has caught the eye.

Since arriving at Sturm Graz, Jaros has become the club’s first choice goalkeeper. He has played in the Austrian Bundesliga, the UEFA Conference League and the Austrian Cup.

Impressively, he qualified to the final of the competition beating Red Bull Salzburg 4-3 in the latter.

Clearly Jaros is making big strides, and recently he has given an interview to Sturm Graz’s official website about his progress.

In it, he has admitted he is dreaming of a place at Euro 2024 to represent the Czech national team.

“It would be a dream that would come true if I could go to the European Championship,” Jaros said.

“I want to continue to put myself in position with good performance and earn a place in the squad of the national team for the European Championship in Germany!”

What is Vitezslav Jaros’ future this summer and at Liverpool?

Considering he earned rave reviews for the Czech national team at the U21 Euros last summer, with outlets describing him as ‘terrific’ and having been called up to the senior squad for the first time last month – Jaros’ dream of going to Euro 2024 is definitely a possibility.

What will be interesting is what his future holds beyond that this summer. Likely, everything will hinge on the future of Caoimhin Kelleher.

If Kelleher decides to leave the club, Jaros could be a fantastic understudy. He’s really developed over the last few years, and definitely would be ready to come in and prove himself at Liverpool.
