Eric Dier has been lucky enough to play with some top players during his career.
He worked with the likes of Harry Kane and Christian Eriksen at Tottenham, while he’s played with the likes of Marcus Rashford and Bukayo Saka with England.
Interestingly though, just a few months after joining Bayern Munich, Dier has claimed that one of his current teammates is the most talented player he’s ever seen.

Interestingly, Dier named Jamal Musiala as the most talented player he’s seen, claiming that the midfielder has surprised him with his ability and his physicality.
Interestingly, this comes not long after Arsenal were linked with a move for Musiala.
“I knew about Jamal, but to see him up close and to play on the same team as him, he’s the best talent I’ve ever seen I think, what surprised me the most is his physicality. It surprised me how fast, how agile and how strong he is. Pair that with his technical ability, which as an offensive player is the icing, and his talent is undeniable,” Dier said on the Official Bayern Munich podcast.
Jamal Musiala could go to the very top
We’re not exaggerating when we say that the sky is the limit for Jamal Musiala.
He’s already one of Bayern Munich’s very best players at the age of just 21, and as Dier says, he’s one of the most talented players around.
There’s a lot of talk around the likes of Jude Bellingham and Erling Haaland winning Ballons d’Or in the coming years, but Musiala should very much be in those same conversations.
The German is a fantastic player, and if Arsenal do get their hands on him, that is a scary prospect for other clubs in the Premier League and in Europe.
