North Jersey crash involving 2 school buses, 2 cars leaves 1 person injured, report says

The driver of a car was injured Thursday afternoon after he was involved in a West Milford crash that included two school buses and one other vehicle, a report said.

One of the school buses rear-ended the other, but it was not clear how the other vehicles were involved, according to a report by ABC7.

No one on the bus was injured but a person in one of the cars was taken to the hospital, ABC7 said.

The crash happened on Route 23 South near Paradise Road, the West Milford Police posted on its Facebook page. The road was closed for several hours until it reopened around 4:20 p.m.

A spokesman for the department could not be reached for comment Thursday night.
