‘I feel like’: Troy Deeney has now predicted the result of Arsenal vs Aston Villa tomorrow

Arsenal face Aston Villa on Sunday in what may be one of the toughest games the Gunners have to play for the remainder of the season.

The north London club are so close to the Premier League title that they can almost taste the glory, but, at the same time, there are seven games to go, and it won’t be easy to get through those games unscathed.

Aston Villa are chasing a place in next season’s Champions League, and they pose a real threat to Arsenal on Sunday.

Speaking on his TikTok channel, Troy Deeney has now had a go at predicting how this game will go.

Troy Deeney predicts Aston Villa vs Arsenal

The former Watford striker made his prediction on this game.

“This is an interesting one, both have played in Europe and both had challenging games for different reasons. I feel like Arsenal have one eye on that Champions League game. I’m going to say a draw, a 2-2 draw,” Deeney said.

Arsenal can’t get distracted

Deeney says that Arsenal may have one eye on the Champions League, and we can’t help but think that it would be a huge mistake for the Gunners to get distracted by their European commitments.

The Champions League would be an incredible honour for Arsenal this season, but the league is their bread and butter, and after getting into such a good position after 31 games, Arsenal can’t afford to lose focus now, especially against an opponent as dangerous as Aston Villa.

The Villans are brilliant when they’re on their game, and make no mistake about it Unai Emery would love nothing more than to ruin his former employers’ title challenge by turning them over on their own patch.

This won’t be an easy game for Arsenal, that’s for sure.
