Manchester United limped their way to another Premier League point yesterday despite being dominated by Bournemouth.
Erik ten Hag’s side were pretty shocking throughout and had to bank on a soft penalty decision to get them back level, as well as VAR overturning a late penalty call for Bournemouth in the dying embers of the game.
Once again, it was just a dismal display from United, who continue to struggle for any sort of consistent form under Erik ten Hag.
Of course, there was a chink of light for United once more in the form of midfielder, Bruno Fernandes.
The Portuguese star at least looked like he care and he once again came up trumps with the two goals here to rescue a point.
And speaking about Fernandes for Premier League Productions, former United midfielder Owen Hargreaves admitted that without him, United would be lose a lot more.
“If it wasn’t for Bruno Fernandes, Man Utd would have lost. Bournemouth dominated until Fernandes smashed their first shot on target into the roof of the net. People might complain about Bruno, but where would they be without him,” Hargreaves said.

There is absolutely no doubt that what Hargreaves says here is right when it comes to Bruno Fernandes and his importance to Manchester United.
Since signing in a deal worth an initial £46m, Fernandes has become integral to the club and it’s little wonder he was given the captain’s armband.
Yes, there are times when he can perhaps come across as being a touch petulant. But in the main, this is a player who cares and must be getting frustrated with what is around him.
He has 12 goals and nine assists this season and will no doubt end the season in double figures in both columns.
As Hargreaves says, he comes up trumps time and time again and it is a worry to United fans where their club would be without him.
Right now, Fernandes is about the only United player who other Premier League sides would take.
