Sunderland finally seems to be putting together a bit of form. After a terrible 2024, the Black Cats followed up their 0-0 away to Leeds with a great 1-0 victory against West Brom.

Ekwah got the only goal at the Hawthorns to earn Dodds just his second win since taking charge of the team in February.

After the game, Dodds explained that the players told him that they feel they are in a ‘really good place at the moment’ after five clean sheets in six games.
