Savannah Chrisley’s reaction to parents in jail

Savannah encourages anyone going through something “life-changing” to use the negative experience as fuel. She “felt something was relit” when she done this several months after her parents went to jail.

“I would have absolutely just crumbled a year ago, however long it’s been. I know it’s easier said than done, trust me it’s hard, I had many nights crying on the floor, screaming,” Savannah admitted.

She later said, “I do know what it’s like to miss a parent, but my parents showed up for me. They would be here today if they could. My mother never missed a doctor’s appointment, a birthday, or any event.”

She will ‘fight for her people’

Savannah promises to “fight for her people until the end of time” when it comes to defending comments about her family. However, she says she “doesn’t want to start a fight” but “will finish it.”

“I’m going to stand up for relationships that I value. I will always show up for children and for people in general,” adding she will bring her new boyfriend, Robert, onto the podcast soon.

“There’s so many stories to tell and to let you in on. Eventually, he’ll come on, I’m excited for that say. When it comes to the relationship and appeal, Savannah will keep her followers updated.

Todd and Julie’s appeal update

With the appeal coming up on Friday, April 19, at 9am, Savannah has done a last-minute update on her YouTube podcast channel. Savannah admits she feels “nervous because she’s seen injustices.”

“It worries me because so far, the system has been a failure, so what’s to say that this is going to be any different? But at the same time, I have hope because I believe in our judicial system,” she added.

Chrisley continued: “Our system is not run how it was designed. I do believe in law and order, but when it comes to this, I’m just a little on edge. But I have to believe God has placed the right people on our path.”
