Regional authorities reported a fire at an energy infrastructure facility in Poltava Oblast.

Vinnytsya Oblast’s authorities also reported a hit.

Russia attacked power generation and transmission facilities in six Ukrainian oblasts, including Poltava, Kirovohrad, Zaporizhzhya, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Vinnytsia, Ukrainian Energy Minister Herman Halushchenko reported.

Russia attacked three of the DTEK's thermal power plants, DTEK reported.
