Authorities have identified the 36-year-old woman killed in a two-vehicle crash Monday night in Parsippany as a Dover resident.
Diana Lopez Jimenez died of her injuries at an area hospital about an hour after the 8:55 p.m. collision on West Hanover Avenue near Gov. Chris Christie Drive, the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office said.
The drive of the other car was treated for injuries not considered life-threatening. Officials have not described how the crash took place.
The crash remains under investigation, though the prosecutor’s office said nothing criminal is suspected.
No charges or summons have been issued as of Wednesday morning, a spokeswoman said.
