Macron promises more weapons for Ukrainian Armed Forces in coming days and weeks

In a conversation with his counterpart Volodymyr Zelenskyy, French President Emmanuel Macron promised to provide more weapons for the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the coming days, according to the Elysee Palace.

It is noted that the presidents discussed the situation at the front and the needs in Ukraine, and Macron condemned Russian strikes on the country's energy infrastructure.

The French president reaffirmed the country's determination to provide all necessary support in the long term.

He also detailed to Zelenskyy the specifics of the upcoming arms deliveries for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, planned for the coming days and weeks.

Earlier, President Zelenskyy published information about his conversation with Macron. His post says that Macron will participate in the Peace Summit.

"I appreciate France’s important role in implementing the Peace Formula, particularly the nuclear safety point," Zelenskyy said.
