A woman is expecting to face “hardship” after being banned from the roads following a drink-driving offence.
Holly Nash, 37, was stopped by the police for a routine check on March 27 while she was driving along Lynn Road at Walsoken.
While speaking to her, officers noted the scent of alcohol - and she subsequently failed a roadside breath test.

She was arrested and taken into custody, where she provided an evidential reading of 43mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath. The legal limit to drive is 35mcg.
A police report said that there were no issues with Nash’s manner of driving.
She appeared at Lynn Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, where she pleaded guilty to drink-driving.
In mitigation, duty solicitor George Sorrell said: “The reading isn’t a high one.
“The defendant has no relevant convictions. There are no aggravating factors in the case, such as an accident or bad driving.”
He then handed magistrates a “detailed and eloquent plea” written by Nash, who lives at Jeffery Avenue in Wisbech.
“It explains why she had a drink, why she was at her friend’s,” Mr Sorrell said.
He added that a mandatory driving ban will cause the defendant “hardship”.
Magistrates proceeded to disqualify Nash from driving for 12 months. They did offer her a drink-driving rehabilitation course which, if completed by December, will reduce that term by 12 weeks.
She will also pay an £80 fine, £32 victim surcharge and court costs of £40.
