Powerball winning numbers, live results for Saturday’s $120M drawing

The Powerball jackpot for Saturday’s lottery drawing has increased to an estimated $120 million with a cash option of $56.1 million.

The drawing will be held at 10:59 p.m. and televised on WABC-7 in New York City and Fox 29 in Philadelphia. NJ.com will publish the winning numbers immediately following the drawing.

No one across the country hit Wednesday’s $100 million jackpot. A second-prize ticket worth $164,525 was purchased in California. California lottery prizes vary depending on ticket sales and number of winners. They differ from the fixed second prizes offered in other participating states.

In New Jersey, no one won more than $300 on Wednesday with a single ticket.

Wednesday’s winning numbers were: 5, 16, 18, 26 and 67. The Powerball drawn was 4 with a Power Play 3x.

In addition, no one hit the secondary, $10 million Double Play drawing or the $500,000 second prize on Wednesday. Those winning numbers were: 10, 12, 19, 21 and 67. The Double Play number drawn was 25.

The odds of hitting the Powerball jackpot are 292,201,388 to 1. A player who buys a $2 ticket has about a 1 in 11,688,053 chance to match five numbers and win at least $1 million, while the odds are 913,129 to 1 to win a third prize of at least $50,000.

Powerball drawings are held each Monday, Wednesday and Saturday in 45 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
