A rotary club recently welcomed its latest new member.
Ted Millichap, a retired banker and financial advisor from Purley, joined Pangbourne Rotary Club after reading a copy of its booklet ‘A Year in the Life of Pangbourne Rotary.’

Mr Millichap said he is looking forward to contributing to the club’s activities and is already earmarked for a stint — along with 20 other members — at its annual Dragon Boat Racing fundraiser at Pangbourne Fete on June 8.

Mr Millichap was sponsored by Dean Chamberlain and John Littleford.
Club president, Brian Davies, then inducted Mr Millichap into the club.
Members congratulated Mr Millichap on becoming the 15th new member to join the club in less than six years — 13 of whom remain.
