Make Music Day - 21 June

Make Music Day is celebrated in more than 125 countries each year to mark the summer solstice.

Jenny Granshaw, project manager at Cambridge BID, said: “We can’t wait to bring back Make Music Day for round two after launching it in Cambridge in 2023.

“The line-up is brilliant, all local talent and some established favourites amongst newer, up and coming bands. It’s a free event and you can dip in and out of the music all day from 11am-7pm. The traders at foodPark are on hand so you can get caught up in the vibes and dance through your lunch hour.

“As with all summer events, we’re crossing our fingers for sunshine but please come prepared for all weather!”

Cambridge 105 Radio will be broadcasting live to bring highlights of the festival to its listeners. The stage is located in Station Square, near Gail’s, visible as you exit the train station.
