Aston Villa could reignite their interest in ‘one of the best strikers in the world’ this summer transfer window, according to a recent report.
Unai Emery’s men finished fourth in the Premier League last term, thus qualifying for the illustrious Champions League.
As such, The Villans could have a boosted transfer kitty to make additions in the window and Emery will be eager to bolster his ranks.
With that said, they could return to the table for a highly-rated striker.

Aston Villa could reignite interest in Roma striker Tammy Abraham
According to Tutto Mercato Web, Villa could rekindle their interest in Roma striker Tammy Abraham this summer.
The Villans had a deal all but wrapped up last year but a serious injury to Abraham’s knee forced the deal to collapse.
Now, less than 12 months on, the report claims that the 26-year-old could return to Villa Park, having previously been on loan.
It’s claimed that the Serie A side need to raise funds before the end of the month and Abraham, who is considered ‘one of the best strikers in the world’, would generate a fee in the region of £21m.
Aston Villa face competition
Villa won’t have a free run at Abraham as there is interest from sides around the Premier League.
Newly promoted Leicester City have been mooted as a potential destination, as have Bournemouth who have aspirations of European football.
With Champions League football on the horizon and a previous history with the club, it’s likely Abraham would prefer a move back to the West Midlands.
