TAMPA, Fla. \- Tampa Police have now charged 22-year-old Andy Moya Robaina, the suspect in the fatal crash that occurred on N Dale Mabry Hwy on June 3, 2024, with one felony count of Reckless Driving with Serious Bodily Injury.
On June 3, 2024, he was charged with one felony count of Vehicular Homicide and one misdemeanor count of Unlawful Racing on a Highway.

Investigators are still seeking additional information that could assist in identifying the driver of the dark-colored vehicle, who was believed to be racing alongside Robaina moments before the fatal crash.
