More about peace summit

The peace summit will take place in Switzerland on June 15-16. Three points from the Ukrainian peace formula will be discussed, including the return of Ukrainian children deported by Russia and energy security.

US President Joe Biden will not participate in the summit. The United States will be represented by Vice President Kamala Harris. China refused to participate, allegedly because its demands for Russian participation were ignored.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Russia is attempting to disrupt the peace summit. According to him, China is aiding Moscow, which the head of state believes is effectively supporting the war.
