'Money really changed' TV star as fans say they 'barely recognize' her

It’s been five years since Amy Hart walked out of the Love Island villa. And it’s safe to say her appearance in series 5 went down in the show’s history. Now, six series later, Amy makes a return to Love Island in a different way. But, fans can barely recognize the star and some say “money really changed her.”

As an all-new Love Island series airs each night this June, fans are getting to know many new faces as they mingle in the villa. There are also some new faces to Love Island’s Aftersun show. However, longtime fans of the show will be familiar with ITV‘s Chris Taylor, Indiyah Polack, and Amy Hart.

Love Island fans barely recognize Amy Hart

As Love Island series 11’s first week gets underway, fans are treated to an all-new panel on follow-up show, Aftersun.

Former Islanders Indiyah Polack and Chris Taylor join former Rizzle Kicks singer Jordan Stephens and Made in Chelsea alum Sam Thompson on Aftersun this series.

Amy Hart is also part of the revolving panel, but fans say they barely recognize her as she appears on the Sunday installment of the show.

One took to X (Twitter) to say: “I didn’t even realize that that’s Amy from S5.”

Another said: “Money has really changed Amy. She looks great on Aftersun.”

More are simply here for the combination of former Islanders, tweeting: “Chris, Indiyah and Amy is such an unlikely duo and I’m here for it.”

Amy’s life has changed since series 5

Worthing gal Amy was 26 years old when she first appeared on Love Island.

The air hostess was looking for love but found herself heartbroken after a failed romance with Curtis Pritchard.

Amy’s famous “I came here to tell you that I loved you” moment is one that die-hard fans will always recall.

The Islander walked out of the villa on Day 37. But it seems she’s made a success of herself despite not placing first, second, or third in her series.

She’s now a full-time influencer and social media star. Amy went on to find love with her partner, Sam Rason, and the two now have a son together named Stanley.

Amy may look different to fans since appearing on Love Island five years back. But, she said in 2021 that she was done with having cosmetic surgery. She had some tweaks before appearing on the show and said she’d call it quits before “getting addicted,” reports The Sun.

According to OK! Magazine, the Love Island: The Morning After podcast host is estimated to be worth around £130,000.
