Report: Chelsea set for talks today about signing another defender after bringing in Tosin Adarabioyo

Reports have claimed that Chelsea could make a big step today towards bringing in yet another new defender this summer.

The Blues are set to be busy in this transfer window as they look to give adequate backing to yet another new manager at Stamford Bridge.

Enzo Maresca was the candidate who took over from Mauricio Pochettino after just one season at the club, and the long contract the Italian has been handed suggests there is real belief that he can be the man to take them into the future.
