The 33-year-old, of Oxford Street, Eddington, Hungerford, was convicted of causing criminal damage to a kitchen window belonging to Mark Simpson in Hungerford on September 27 last year.

However, she denied a charge of assaulting Mr Simpson by beating him on the same occasion and this was dismissed after the prosecution offered no evidence.

Ms Yakar-Wells, who was legally represented by Robert Jacques, was made subject to a 12-month conditional discharge.

In addition, she was ordered to pay £85 costs, plus a statutory victim services surcharge of £26.
