Fire at industrial facility in Kyiv region due to Russian attack

A fire broke out at an industrial facility in Kyiv region (t.me/mvs_ukraine)

On the night of June 12, the Russian army launched an attack on the Kyiv region using missiles and fighter drones. There were no recorded hits on residential or critical infrastructure, but debris caused a fire, according to the Kyiv Regional Military Administration.

Air defense forces were actively engaged in the region.

As a result of falling debris, one person sustained a leg laceration. Medical assistance was provided on-site, and the injured person declined hospitalization.

At 7:00 AM, damage to several objects in two districts of the Kyiv region was recorded due to falling debris.

Specifically, in one district, a fire broke out at an industrial site. Fire and rescue units from the Kyiv region, the city of Kyiv, and Ukrzaliznytsia were involved in extinguishing the fire. Over 105 personnel and 30 units of equipment were engaged.

Debris also damaged a private house, a gas station, and a garage.

In another district, a warehouse caught fire.

On the night of June 12, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported the launch of cruise missiles from Russian TU-95MS aircraft. Explosions were heard in Kyiv.

At the same time, an ongoing attack with fighter UAVs was underway. Explosions were also reported in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
