'After speaking to his agent': Fabrizio Romano has just shared Federico Chiesa update

Arsenal, Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United are just four of the Premier League clubs that have been linked with Federico Chiesa in recent months.

The Gunners and the Reds fell just short of winning the Premier League title and will be eager to bolster their ranks in order to challenge again.

Meanwhile, Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou will be keen on strengthening his squad further after laying some solid foundations in his maiden season.

As for the Magpies, they made the Champions League last year but didn’t even get into Europe this term, so they’ll want to put things right in 2024/25.

Chiesa has emerged as a target for Arsenal, Liverpool, Tottenham and Newcastle, while the likes of Chelsea have also been linked.

Now, Fabrizio Romano has shared an update on the Juventus and Italy attacker amid intense speculation regarding a potential Premier League move.

What has Fabrizio Romano said about Arsenal, Liverpool, Tottenham and Newcastle target Federico Chiesa?

Romano took to X to report that “Federico Chiesa’s future will be decided after Euro 2024, plan clear for both Juventus and player’s camp.

“After meeting with his agent Ramadani, Juve remain open to proposals to sell Chiesa but the player will assess all his options after the Euros. Nothing decided yet.”

Who is Liverpool target Federico Chiesa?

Chiesa came through the ranks at Fiorentina before joining Juve in 2020 on an initial loan deal and signing permanently in 2022.

The 26-year-old, who can play across the entire front line, has made 131 outings for Juve, registering 34 goals and 25 assists.

This follows on from the £52million-rated man’s fruitful Viola spell, with 131 outings, 32 goals and 23 assists to his name.

Chiesa was also part of the Euro 2020-winning Italy squad, and Joe Cole sung his praises at the time.

Cole said, as quoted by Metro: “He’s hustling and bustling like a young Luis Suarez character. He can make something out of nothing.

“Every club in Europe will want a slice of him when he becomes available.”

There’s a good chance that Chiesa could finally make his move this summer, and it remains to be seen which club he joins if he does leave Juve. The world is his oyster.
